Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef and season with salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
  3. Remove the skillet from heat and stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
  4. Open the biscuit dough and separate into individual biscuits.
  5. Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center.
  6. Fold the biscuit around the filling and pinch to seal tightly.
  7. Place the bombs on a baking sheet and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.
