Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs sirloin or ribeye, cubed
2 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp unsalted butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Salt & black pepper, to taste
2 tbsp parsley, chopped
12 oz pasta shells
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 1/2 cups Alfredo sauce
Instructions
1. Trim and cube steak into bite-sized pieces.
2. Pat dry and season with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Heat skillet over high heat with olive oil.
4. Sear steak bites 2–3 minutes per side until browned.
5. Add butter, garlic, and parsley; toss steak bites until coated.
6. Cook pasta shells according to package instructions.
7. Drain and stir in Alfredo sauce and cheddar cheese.
8. Serve steak bites over loaded cheddar Alfredo shells.
Notes
For spice, add cayenne or chili flakes.
Use ribeye for the juiciest flavor.
Refrigerate leftovers for up to 3 days; reheat in skillet.
