Description

Quick and easy Garlic Butter Steak Bites, seared to perfection and coated in a luscious garlic butter sauce, ready in just 15 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak (sirloin, ribeye, or New York strip), cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 medium zucchini, cut into half-moons
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Pat the steak bites dry with paper towels and season them generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add steak bites to the hot skillet in a single layer. Sear for 1-2 minutes per side until they are nicely browned. Remove the steak from the skillet and set it aside.
  4. Add butter to the same skillet. Once it melts, add the minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until it becomes fragrant.
  5. Toss the zucchini into the skillet and cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are tender-crisp.
  6. Return the steak bites to the skillet, coating everything in the delicious garlic butter.
  7. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until the steak heats through.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

For a twist, serve the steak bites in warm tortillas or over rice or mashed potatoes. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
