Description
This Garlic Butter Chicken Bites with Creamy Pasta recipe features tender seared chicken tossed with a luscious, cheesy cream sauce over pasta. An easy weeknight favorite!
Ingredients
1.5 lbs boneless chicken thighs or breasts, diced
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tsp lemon juice
Pasta & Sauce:
8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp butter
Salt & black pepper
Instructions
1. Season chicken bites with garlic, Italian seasoning, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Sear chicken bites for 3–4 minutes per side. Set aside.
4. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
5. In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic. Stir for 30 seconds.
6. Pour in cream and Parmesan. Stir until smooth.
7. Add pasta and chicken bites to the sauce. Toss well.
8. Let rest for 2–3 minutes off heat before serving.
Notes
Use half-and-half instead of heavy cream for a lighter version.
Add spinach or mushrooms for extra veggies.
Great for meal prep—reheats well with a splash of milk.
