Ingredients

- 1.5 pounds beef steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, add the halved baby potatoes.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Sear the beef bites until browned on all sides, seasoning with salt, pepper, rosemary, and thyme.
- Add the beef to the slow cooker on top of the potatoes.
- In the same skillet, melt the butter and add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant; pour over the beef and potatoes in the slow cooker.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 360 minutes or until the beef is tender and potatoes are cooked through.
- Serve warm and enjoy your hearty meal.
Notes
