Ingredients
- Fresh broccoli florets
- Canned chickpeas
- Fresh garlic cloves
- Soy sauce
- Sesame oil

Instructions
- Start by cutting the broccoli into bite-sized florets.
- Drain the canned chickpeas and set them aside.
- Mince the fresh garlic cloves finely.
- Heat about two tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic to the hot oil and stir-fry for roughly 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Toss in the broccoli florets and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp.
- Add the drained chickpeas and stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Pour soy sauce and sesame oil over the mixture and toss to coat.
- Serve hot over cooked white rice and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
