Ingredients
Scale
- 1 box brownies
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/3 cup hot coffee
- 1 egg
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 1/3 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix the brownie mix, oil, hot coffee, and egg until combined.
- Pour the mixture into the baking pan and bake for about 20 minutes.
- Let the brownies cool completely, then cut them into football shapes with a cookie cutter.

- Melt white chocolate chips in increments, then pipe football lace designs on top of the brownies.
- Chill until ganache sets before serving.
Notes
To enhance the chocolate flavor, use high-quality chocolate chips. Store brownies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or in the fridge for up to a week.
