Ingredients

1 cup buttermilk
1 large egg
2 tbsp melted butter

1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
Instructions
1. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
2. Whisk together buttermilk, egg, butter, and vanilla.
3. Combine wet and dry ingredients just until mixed.
4. Fold in blueberries.
5. Heat skillet and lightly grease.
6. Pour 1/4 cup batter and cook until bubbles form.
7. Flip and cook 1–2 more minutes.
