Description
Flaky Spinach Feta Puff Pastry combines golden puff pastry with a creamy spinach and feta filling for a quick and irresistible snack or meal.
Ingredients
2 sheets puff pastry, thawed
2 cups fresh spinach
1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1 tbsp olive oil
1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Sauté spinach in olive oil until wilted, then cool.
3. Mix spinach with crumbled feta.
4. Roll out puff pastry and cut into 8 squares.
5. Fill each square with spinach-feta mix, fold, and seal edges.
6. Brush tops with egg wash.
7. Bake 20–25 minutes until golden and flaky.
8. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
You can substitute spinach with kale or Swiss chard.
Store leftovers in the fridge and reheat in the oven for best results.
