Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) instant yeast
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 cup warm water
3 tbsp olive oil, plus extra for topping
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped (or 1 tsp dried)
Flaky salt for topping
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a 12-cup muffin pan with olive oil.
2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, yeast, salt, and sugar.
3. Add warm water and olive oil; mix until a sticky dough forms.
4. Fold in minced garlic and rosemary.
5. Divide the dough evenly into the muffin cups.
6. Drizzle each muffin with olive oil and sprinkle with flaky salt.
7. Let rest for 10 minutes to slightly rise.
8. Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden on top.
9. Cool for a few minutes, then serve warm.
Notes
Top with shredded parmesan before baking for extra flavor.
Swap rosemary for thyme or Italian seasoning.
