- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving. Enjoy with rice or pasta!
Notes
Serve over rice or pasta and add extra Parmesan cheese on top for flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
