Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat until bubbly and fragrant.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Cook the shrimp in the skillet until they turn pink, around 2-3 minutes per side.
- Pour in the heavy cream and lemon juice, stirring to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
