- 200 g dark or milk chocolate
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 10 – 12 fresh strawberries
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 75 g kataifi
- 40 g butter
- 140 g pistachio paste
Instructions
- Begin by melting the chocolate and coconut oil together in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals and stirring until smooth.
- Spoon the melted chocolate into silicone molds, coating the sides, and refrigerate until firm.
- In another bowl, mash the fresh strawberries and mix in powdered sugar if desired.
- Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat and toast the kataifi until golden brown and crispy.
- Once the chocolate shells are firm, fill each cup with the strawberry mixture and top with toasted kataifi and a dollop of pistachio paste.
- Garnish as desired, serve chilled, and enjoy!
Notes
