Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1012 fresh strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 75 g kataifi
  • 40 g butter
  • 140 g pistachio paste

Instructions

  1. Begin by melting the chocolate and coconut oil together in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals and stirring until smooth.
  2. Spoon the melted chocolate into silicone molds, coating the sides, and refrigerate until firm.
  3. In another bowl, mash the fresh strawberries and mix in powdered sugar if desired.
  4. Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat and toast the kataifi until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Once the chocolate shells are firm, fill each cup with the strawberry mixture and top with toasted kataifi and a dollop of pistachio paste.
  6. Garnish as desired, serve chilled, and enjoy!
