Ingredients
Choux dough:
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup butter
1 cup flour
4 eggs
Pinch of salt
Filling:
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup praline paste
1 tbsp powdered sugar
Topping:
Toasted almonds
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Prepare choux dough by boiling water and butter, adding flour and eggs.
3. Pipe dough into rings on a baking sheet.
4. Bake for 25–30 mins until golden.
5. Whip cream and fold in praline paste.
6. Slice cooled shells and fill with cream mixture.
7. Top with toasted almonds and dust with powdered sugar.
Notes
Ensure shells are fully cooled before filling.
Toast nuts lightly for added crunch.
