  • 4 pieces Low-Carb Tortillas
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Shredded Lettuce
  • 1 medium Tomato
  • 1 cup Extra Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro
  • 1/2 cup Jalapeño Slices (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Start by making the creamy cheese sauce. Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over low heat, add cream cheese and heavy whipping cream, stirring until smooth. Mix in shredded cheddar cheese.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and sprinkle taco seasoning, cooking until browned and fully cooked.
  3. Heat each tortilla in a dry skillet for about 15-30 seconds on each side for added crunch.
  4. Layer warm tortillas with cheese sauce, cooked beef, lettuce, diced tomatoes, extra cheddar, cilantro, and jalapeños. Fold edges over the fillings.
