- 4 ounces Cream Cheese
- 1/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 2 tablespoons Taco Seasoning
- 4 pieces Low-Carb Tortillas
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 cup Shredded Lettuce
- 1 medium Tomato
- 1 cup Extra Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 cup Cilantro
- 1/2 cup Jalapeño Slices (optional)
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
Instructions
- Start by making the creamy cheese sauce. Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over low heat, add cream cheese and heavy whipping cream, stirring until smooth. Mix in shredded cheddar cheese.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and sprinkle taco seasoning, cooking until browned and fully cooked.
- Heat each tortilla in a dry skillet for about 15-30 seconds on each side for added crunch.
- Layer warm tortillas with cheese sauce, cooked beef, lettuce, diced tomatoes, extra cheddar, cilantro, and jalapeños. Fold edges over the fillings.
- Cook the folded Crunchwraps in the skillet, seam side down, for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
