Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- Mix the rolled oats, dark chocolate chips, honey or maple syrup, nut butter, vanilla extract, and salt in a large bowl until well combined.
- Fill the muffin tin, scooping the mixture into the cups about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are slightly golden.
- Cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin.
- Serve with optional toppings for extra flavor.
