Description
A creamy, cheesy dip that captures the flavors of a classic Big Mac, perfect for gatherings and parties.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1/4 cup diced dill pickles
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tbsp pickle juice
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Drain the grease.
- In a crockpot, combine the cooked beef, cheeses, diced pickles, mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and pickle juice. Stir everything together until well mixed.
- Set the crockpot to LOW and cook for 120–180 minutes. Stir occasionally to ensure it heats evenly.
- Once the dip is melted and creamy, switch the crockpot to WARM. Serve directly from the slow cooker.
- Optional: Garnish with sesame seeds, shredded lettuce, or more pickles before serving.
Notes
Use lean ground beef to reduce grease. Adjust garlic powder, pickles, or mustard to suit your taste. This dish can be made vegetarian by substituting ground beef with lentils or black beans.
