Ingredients

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet of Italian dressing mix
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 block (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 oz angel hair pasta
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crock pot.
- In a bowl, mix together the Italian dressing mix, cream of chicken soup, cream cheese, and chicken broth until smooth.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
- Cook the angel hair pasta according to the package instructions.
- Serve the creamy chicken mixture over the cooked pasta.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
Make sure the cream cheese is softened to help it blend smoothly. Adjust the Italian dressing mix based on taste preference.
