Description

An easy and delicious Crispy Parmesan Chicken dish paired with a rich garlic sauce that’s sure to become a family favorite.


Ingredients

  • 4 small to medium chicken breasts (or 2 large halved)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 34 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup light cream or heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning or oregano
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  5. Lower the heat and add minced garlic to the skillet, sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  6. Pour in the cream, stirring continuously for smoothness.
  7. Add Italian seasoning and parmesan cheese, mixing until the cheese melts and the sauce thickens.
  8. If using spinach, stir it in and let simmer for 2-3 minutes until wilted.
  9. Return the cooked chicken to the pan, spooning the sauce over it.
  10. Remove from heat and serve hot.

Notes

Serve with pasta, roasted vegetables, or mashed potatoes. Garnish with fresh parsley or extra parmesan.
