Description
An easy and delicious Crispy Parmesan Chicken dish paired with a rich garlic sauce that’s sure to become a family favorite.
Ingredients

- 4 small to medium chicken breasts (or 2 large halved)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3–4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup light cream or heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning or oregano
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 cup spinach, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- Lower the heat and add minced garlic to the skillet, sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in the cream, stirring continuously for smoothness.
- Add Italian seasoning and parmesan cheese, mixing until the cheese melts and the sauce thickens.
- If using spinach, stir it in and let simmer for 2-3 minutes until wilted.
- Return the cooked chicken to the pan, spooning the sauce over it.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
Notes
Serve with pasta, roasted vegetables, or mashed potatoes. Garnish with fresh parsley or extra parmesan.
