- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon erythritol or preferred sweetener
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, almond flour, erythritol, cinnamon, and vanilla extract; mix until smooth.
- Melt shredded mozzarella cheese in the microwave for about 30 seconds until gooey.
- Add melted mozzarella to the cream cheese mixture and stir until combined.
- Scoop portions of the mixture and form thin rectangles on the baking sheet.
- Brush rectangles with the beaten egg for a shiny finish.
- Bake in the oven for about 12-15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
