Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken in dill pickle juice for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
  2. Set up the breading station with flour mixture, whisked eggs, and breadcrumb mixture.
  3. Dredge each chicken breast in the flour, followed by the eggs, and finally the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Heat cooking oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Fry the chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Transfer chicken to a wire rack to drain excess oil and let it rest before serving.

Notes
