- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Slice the flank steak thinly against the grain.
- Whisk together the soy sauce, cornstarch, sesame oil, brown sugar, and water to create a marinade.
- Add the sliced flank steak to the marinade and let it sit for at least 10 minutes.
- Pour the vegetable oil into the preheated skillet.
- Toss in the minced garlic and ginger, sautéing them until fragrant.
- Add the marinated flank steak to the skillet in a single layer.
- Cook the beef for 2-3 minutes without stirring.
- Stir the beef and continue cooking until fully cooked and crispy.
- Divide the cooked white rice between serving bowls.
- Top each bowl with crispy beef, sliced green onions, and sesame seeds.

Serve with steamed vegetables or lime wedges for extra flavor.
