Cremige Tortellini mit Schinken a creamy pasta dish with a rich sauce and tender ham, ready in just 30 minutes.
Ingredients
500 g fresh tortellini
200 g diced ham
1 cup heavy cream
1 onion, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt, pepper, nutmeg
Splash of vegetable broth
Instructions
1. Cook tortellini according to package instructions.
2. Finely chop onion and garlic.
3. Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil.
4. Add diced ham and cook until golden.
5. Pour in cream and simmer gently.
6. Stir in Parmesan and season to taste.
7. Toss in cooked tortellini until coated.
8. Serve warm with fresh greens.
Notes
Tip: For a lighter version, use cooking cream instead of heavy cream.
Enhance flavor with sun-dried tomatoes or fresh basil.
