Ingredients

  • 2 cups ramen noodles
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (like bok choy, bell peppers, and carrots)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Add the chicken breasts and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove the chicken and slice.
  4. In the same pot, add chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  5. Add ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
  6. Stir in heavy cream, soy sauce, and mixed vegetables. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
  7. Return sliced chicken to the pot and stir to combine.
  8. Season with salt and pepper.
