- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups ramen noodles
- 1 cup fresh vegetables (e.g., broccoli, carrots, bell peppers)
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the pot and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove and slice the chicken.
- In the same pot, add the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Stir in the ramen noodles and fresh vegetables. Cook according to noodle package instructions.
- Once the noodles are cooked, reduce heat and stir in heavy cream and soy sauce.
- Return the sliced chicken to the pot and heat through.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat on low heat, adding broth or water if needed.
