Description
Creamy Chicken Linguine features tender marinated chicken tossed in a velvety garlic-Parmesan cream sauce with linguine. Easy and comforting.
Ingredients
8 oz linguine
2 boneless chicken thighs or breast strips
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt & pepper
1 tbsp butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley (garnish)
Instructions
1. Boil salted water and cook linguine according to package.
2. Marinate chicken with oil, lemon juice, garlic, and herbs.
3. Heat skillet and cook chicken 4–5 minutes per side.
4. Remove and let rest.
5. In same skillet, add butter and garlic. Sauté briefly.
6. Pour in cream and simmer until thickened.
7. Add Parmesan and cooked linguine, tossing well.
8. Slice chicken and return to pan. Mix and serve.
Notes
Substitute zucchini noodles for low-carb option.
Add chili flakes for heat or sun-dried tomatoes for brightness.
