- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 slices of cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)

Instructions
- Start by peeling and slicing the ripe avocado. Mash it in a bowl for an extra creamy texture, adding salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat for even cooking.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread, or use olive oil for a healthier option.
- Place one slice of bread, butter-side down, in the skillet.
- Spread the mashed avocado generously on the unbuttered side of the bread.
- Layer the cheese on top of the avocado.
- Cover with the second slice of bread, butter-side up.
- Cook until the bottom is golden brown, then flip and cook until cheese melts and everything is toasty.
- Remove the sandwich from the skillet, slice it in half, and serve warm.
