Cranberry Turkey Stuffing Balls are savory, juicy, and perfect for holidays. Easy to prep and even better the next day!
Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey (preferably thigh)
1 cup dried cranberries (soaked)
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 small onion, finely diced
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1 large egg
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp dried sage
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 cup broth (chicken or veggie)
2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Sauté onions and celery in olive oil until soft.
3. In a large bowl, combine turkey, breadcrumbs, cranberries, sautéed veggies, herbs, egg, salt, and pepper.
4. Add broth gradually to moisten mixture.
5. Form into 2-inch balls and place on baking sheet.
6. Bake for 25–30 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
7. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
These freeze beautifully—store in airtight container.
Great served with cranberry mustard or honey Dijon.
Use almond flour for a gluten-free version.
