Description

Cranberry Turkey Stuffing Balls the perfect holiday side or appetizer! Juicy ground turkey, savory stuffing, and tart cranberries rolled into golden, flavorful bites that taste just like Thanksgiving in one bite.

Ingredients

Scale

1 lb (450g) ground turkey

2 cups prepared stuffing (homemade or boxed)

1/2 cup dried cranberries

1/4 cup finely chopped onion

1/4 cup celery, finely diced

1 egg, lightly beaten

1/4 cup chicken broth (as needed)

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Salt and black pepper, to taste

2 tbsp butter, melted (for brushing)

Optional: 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese for extra flavor

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, stuffing, cranberries, onion, celery, egg, parsley, salt, and pepper.

3. If mixture feels too dry, add a few tablespoons of chicken broth until it holds together when rolled.

4. Using your hands or a scoop, form into golf ball-sized rounds and place on the prepared baking sheet.

5. Brush tops lightly with melted butter.

6. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through (internal temp 165°F / 74°C).

7. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

8. Serve warm with gravy, cranberry sauce, or as part of a holiday platter.

Notes

Use leftover turkey and stuffing from Thanksgiving — just mix with an egg to bind.

Add chopped pecans for extra crunch.

Serve with a creamy gravy or cranberry glaze for dipping.

Great for make-ahead: freeze before baking, then bake straight from frozen for a quick holiday snack.
