Ingredients
6 large flour tortillas (10-inch diameter)
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup dried cranberries, chopped
1/2 cup chopped toasted pecans
1/4 cup fresh cranberries, finely diced
Zest of 1 orange
2 tablespoons honey
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Pinch of nutmeg
1 tablespoon orange juice
Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
1. Bring cream cheese to room temperature and toast pecans until fragrant
2. Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar, vanilla, and orange zest until smooth
3. Fold in chopped dried cranberries, fresh cranberries, and toasted pecans
4. Add honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, and orange juice to the mixture
5. Spread 1/3 cup filling evenly across each tortilla, leaving 1-inch borders
6. Roll each tortilla tightly but gently from one edge
7. Wrap each roll individually in plastic wrap and refrigerate 2 hours
8. Trim ends and slice into 1-inch thick rounds with sharp serrated knife
9. Arrange on serving platter and garnish with fresh mint leaves
Notes
Cream cheese must be fully softened for smooth mixing
Don’t overfill tortillas to prevent filling from squeezing out
