Warm, creamy, sweet, and savory this Baked Cranberry Cream Cheese Dip features melty cream cheese topped with a bright cranberry sauce and toasted pecans. The perfect holiday appetizer!
Ingredients
12 oz fresh cranberries
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup orange juice
1 tsp orange zest
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 block (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Fresh rosemary, for garnish
Crackers, crostini, or bread for serving
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a saucepan, combine cranberries, sugar, orange juice, and orange zest.
3. Cook over medium heat for 8–10 minutes until cranberries burst and sauce thickens. Stir in vanilla and remove from heat.
4. Place softened cream cheese in a small baking dish and spread evenly.
5. Pour warm cranberry mixture over the cream cheese.
6. Sprinkle chopped pecans on top.
7. Bake for 12–15 minutes until warm and bubbly.
8. Garnish with rosemary and serve with crackers or crostini.
Notes
For a smoother dip, whip the cream cheese before baking.
Replace pecans with walnuts or omit for a nut-free version.
This can be made ahead—just assemble and bake when ready to serve.
