Ingredients
3 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 apples, cored and chopped (Honeycrisp or Fuji work well)
1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt

Instructions
