Ingredients
1 lb ground beef (80/20)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Olive oil
Cheese slices
Burger buns
Toppings of choice
Instructions
1. Mix ground beef with seasonings.
2. Shape into equal-sized patties.
3. Let rest in fridge for 15 minutes.
4. Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
5. Cook patties for 3–4 minutes per side.
6. Check internal temp (160°F).
7. Let rest for 3–5 minutes.
8. Assemble with buns, cheese, and toppings.
Notes
You can substitute ground turkey or chicken for a lighter version.
