Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups bowtie pasta
  • 1 pound chicken breast, cubed
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 unit lemon, juiced and zested
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil a pot of water, adding a pinch of salt, and cook bowtie pasta according to package instructions until al dente (8-10 minutes).
  2. Cut chicken breast into bite-sized cubes, season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Melt unsalted butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add seasoned chicken to the skillet and sauté for 6-8 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  6. Add broccoli florets and cook for 3-5 minutes until tender and bright green.
  7. Return cooked chicken to the skillet, add lemon juice and zest, and mix well.
  8. Drain pasta and toss it into the skillet to coat in the buttery lemon sauce.
  9. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

Adjust lemon for desired tartness. Add red pepper flakes for extra heat.
