Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta: Begin by boiling a large pot of water. Once it’s bubbling, add your bowtie pasta and cook it according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain the pasta and set it aside.
  2. Prep the chicken and broccoli: While the pasta cooks, cube your chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. Chop your broccoli florets if you are using fresh ones.
  3. Heat the skillet: In a large skillet, melt 1/2 cup of unsalted butter over medium heat. Let it bubble and sizzle for a moment before you add your minced garlic. Stir for about 30 seconds until fragrant, but be careful not to let it burn.
  4. Cook the chicken: Add the cubed chicken to the skillet. Sprinkle paprika, salt, and pepper over the top. Cook the chicken for about 5-7 minutes or until it’s browned and cooked through, stirring occasionally.
  5. Add the broccoli: Toss in the broccoli and sauté everything for another 3-4 minutes, until the broccoli is bright green and tender.
