- 1 pound chicken breast, cubed
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 unit lemon, juiced and zested
- 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions
- Cook the pasta: Begin by boiling a large pot of water. Once it’s bubbling, add your bowtie pasta and cook it according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain the pasta and set it aside.
- Prep the chicken and broccoli: While the pasta cooks, cube your chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. Chop your broccoli florets if you are using fresh ones.
- Heat the skillet: In a large skillet, melt 1/2 cup of unsalted butter over medium heat. Let it bubble and sizzle for a moment before you add your minced garlic. Stir for about 30 seconds until fragrant, but be careful not to let it burn.
- Cook the chicken: Add the cubed chicken to the skillet. Sprinkle paprika, salt, and pepper over the top. Cook the chicken for about 5-7 minutes or until it’s browned and cooked through, stirring occasionally.
- Add the broccoli: Toss in the broccoli and sauté everything for another 3-4 minutes, until the broccoli is bright green and tender.
- Combine all ingredients: Squeeze the lemon juice and add the zest into the skillet, mixing everything well together. Then, add the cooked bowtie pasta and stir to combine. Warm everything through for another 2 minutes.
- Finish and serve: If desired, garnish your dish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
