Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cottage cheese and flour until a soft dough forms.
  2. Turn dough onto a floured surface and knead for 2–3 minutes until smooth.
  3. Divide dough into 2–3 pieces and roll each to about 1/4-inch thickness.
  4. Preheat a skillet over medium heat or oven to 450°F (230°C).
  5. Cook in the skillet for 2–3 minutes on each side, or bake for 6–8 minutes until golden and slightly puffed.
