Soft, chewy cookies loaded with crushed chocolate sandwich cookies and white chocolate chips. These homemade cookies and cream treats deliver the perfect balance of chocolatey cookie pieces and creamy white chocolate in every bite.
Ingredients
2¼ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup butter, softened
¾ cup granulated sugar
¾ cup brown sugar, packed
2 large eggs, room temperature
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups crushed chocolate sandwich cookies (about 20 Oreos)
1 cup white chocolate chips
½ cup mini chocolate chips
Optional for decoration:
Extra crushed cookies for rolling
Melted white chocolate for drizzling
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
2. Crush chocolate sandwich cookies in sealed plastic bag with rolling pin until chunky pieces form.
3. In large bowl, cream softened butter with granulated and brown sugars for 3-4 minutes until fluffy.
4. Beat in eggs one at a time, then vanilla extract until smooth and combined.
5. In separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
6. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing just until combined.
7. Gently fold in crushed cookies, white chocolate chips, and mini chocolate chips.
8. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing 2 inches apart.
9. Bake for 9-11 minutes until edges are lightly golden but centers look slightly underbaked.
10. Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
11. Store in airtight container for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 3 months.

Room temperature butter is crucial for proper creaming and texture.
Don’t overbake – cookies continue cooking on hot pan after removal.
