3 large eggs

3/4 cup granulated sugar

2 cups whole milk

1/2 cup heavy cream

1 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

1/4 tsp salt

Ground nutmeg or extra cinnamon for topping


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Place the pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish and crimp the edges as desired.

3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and sugar until smooth and pale.

4. Add milk, cream, melted butter, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt; whisk until well combined.
