Moist, fluffy Cinnamon Sugar Pumpkin Muffins topped with sweet cinnamon sugar perfect for fall mornings and holiday gatherings.
Ingredients
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup pumpkin puree
2/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1/2 cup melted butter
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground cloves
Topping: 1/4 cup granulated sugar + 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin.
2. Whisk together dry ingredients in one bowl.
3. Mix wet ingredients in another bowl until smooth.
4. Combine wet and dry ingredients gently.
5. Divide batter evenly into muffin cups.
6. Bake 18–20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
7. Cool slightly, then roll warm tops in cinnamon sugar topping.
Notes
For extra flavor, add chocolate chips, pecans, or a cream cheese swirl.
Store in an airtight container up to 3 days or freeze for 3 months.
