Description
This festive Honey-Garlic Cranberry Glazed Salmon is the perfect Christmas dinner centerpiece juicy baked salmon brushed with a glossy cranberry glaze infused with garlic, honey, and herbs for a touch of holiday magic.
Ingredients
4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
1 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
2 tbsp honey
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Fresh rosemary or thyme, for garnish
Lemon slices, for serving
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a small saucepan, whisk together cranberry sauce, honey, garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Dijon, salt, and pepper.
3. Simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
4. Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
5. Brush each fillet generously with the cranberry glaze.
6. Bake for 12–15 minutes, brushing again halfway through, until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
7. Garnish with fresh rosemary or thyme and lemon slices before serving.
Notes
For a beautiful presentation, serve with roasted potatoes or wild rice.
You can use maple syrup instead of honey for a deeper flavor.
Leftover glaze makes a delicious dip for roasted veggies or chicken.
