Chewy, rich Chocolate Marshmallow Swirl Cookies with gooey marshmallow ribbons perfect for any sweet craving.
Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 ½ cups brown sugar
2 large eggs
2 cups all-purpose flour
½ cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 ½ cups mini marshmallows
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
2. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
3. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
4. Sift together flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt; mix into wet ingredients.
5. Fold in marshmallows gently.
6. Scoop dough onto tray.
7. Bake for 9–11 minutes.
8. Cool for 5 minutes on tray before transferring to rack.
Notes
Store in airtight container up to 5 days.
Freeze dough balls for up to 2 months.
