Ingredients

2 cups fresh strawberries, finely chopped

12 oz semi-sweet or dark chocolate, chopped

1/4 cup white chocolate (optional, for drizzle)

Paper or silicone cupcake liners


Instructions

1. Place cupcake liners into a muffin pan for support.

2. Melt the semi-sweet chocolate using a double boiler or microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.

3. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of melted chocolate into each liner and spread up the sides to form a cup.

4. Refrigerate for 10 minutes until slightly set.

5. Fill each chocolate cup with chopped strawberries.

6. Spoon additional melted chocolate over the strawberries to seal the cups.

7. If desired, melt white chocolate and drizzle over the tops.

8. Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes until fully set.

9. Remove liners and serve chilled or at room temperature.

Notes

Pat strawberries dry before chopping to prevent excess moisture.

Milk or ruby chocolate can be used for a sweeter flavor.
