Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Cookies are soft, chewy, and loaded with creamy cheesecake and chocolate chips for the ultimate treat.
Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
2. Cream butter, cream cheese, and sugars until fluffy.
3. Beat in eggs and vanilla until smooth.
4. Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt; gradually fold into wet ingredients.
5. Stir in chocolate chips.
6. Scoop 2 tbsp dough onto baking sheets and bake 12–14 minutes until edges are golden.
7. Cool on baking sheet 5 minutes before transferring to wire rack.
Notes
Use room-temperature ingredients for best texture.
Store in airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
Freeze dough balls up to 3 months; bake from frozen.
