Description
Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Bars combine a chewy cookie base with a creamy cheesecake layer for a dessert that’s quick, easy, and irresistibly delicious.
Ingredients
2 1/2 cups chocolate chip cookie dough
16 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 large eggs
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper.
2. Press half of the cookie dough evenly into the bottom of the pan.
3. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing just until combined.
5. Spread cheesecake mixture over the cookie dough base.
6. Crumble remaining cookie dough over the cheesecake layer.
7. Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden and set.
8. Cool completely before slicing into bars.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
Bars can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for up to 5 days.
Freeze for up to 2 months in an airtight container.
