Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 oz semi-sweet chocolate
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup caramel sauce
Optional: chopped nuts, berries
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
2. Line mini muffin tin with liners.
3. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
4. Fill muffin tins with batter.
5. Bake 15–18 minutes until set.
6. Cool completely and chill 1–2 hours.
7. Prepare chocolate ganache and drizzle over bites.
8. Drizzle caramel sauce and garnish before serving.
Notes
Swap cream cheese with mascarpone for lighter texture.
Add chili powder for a spicy twist.
Freeze for up to 1 month.
