Instructions
- Start by marinating the chicken breasts. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken with this flavorful mixture.
- Preheat your grill and cook the chicken until it’s cooked through and the juices run clear—about 6-8 minutes per side, depending on the thickness.
- Warm the corn tortillas on the grill. Just a minute on each side will do—they should be flexible and warm, ready to hold all that goodness!
