- 1 lemon, juiced

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken thighs to the marinade and let them sit for at least 30 minutes or overnight for deeper flavor.
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until thoroughly cooked.
- While cooking, mix yogurt and lemon juice in a small bowl to create the garlic sauce.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice it thinly.
- Serve the sliced chicken in tortillas or pita bread, topped with fresh vegetables and drizzled with garlic sauce.
