Ingredients
2 chicken thighs or breast strips
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp dried thyme
Salt & pepper to taste
2 croissants, halved
1/4 cup Caesar dressing
Romaine lettuce leaves
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
1. Pat chicken dry and marinate with oil, lemon, garlic, and spices.
2. Let chicken sit at room temp for 15 minutes.
3. Heat a skillet to medium-high and sear chicken 5–6 mins each side.
4. Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice thin.
5. Toast croissants lightly if desired.
6. Layer lettuce, chicken, dressing, and Parmesan inside each croissant.
7. Serve immediately or wrap for lunch.

You can substitute turkey or tofu for a lighter option.
