- 2 cups Cherry tomatoes
- 8 oz Burrata cheese
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Fresh basil leaves
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Parmesan cheese, for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil over medium heat in a skillet and add minced garlic; sauté until fragrant.
- Add halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook until they start to soften, about 5-7 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper, and add fresh basil leaves.
- Toss the cooked pasta into the tomato mixture and stir to combine.
- Remove from heat and add torn pieces of burrata cheese on top.
- Serve warm, garnished with additional basil and grated Parmesan if desired.
