Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cherry tomatoes
  • 8 oz Burrata cheese
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup Fresh basil leaves
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Parmesan cheese, for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil over medium heat in a skillet and add minced garlic; sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook until they start to soften, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, and add fresh basil leaves.
  5. Toss the cooked pasta into the tomato mixture and stir to combine.
  6. Remove from heat and add torn pieces of burrata cheese on top.
  7. Serve warm, garnished with additional basil and grated Parmesan if desired.
