Ingredients
1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling
Powdered sugar, for dusting (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet.
2. Unroll crescent dough and press seams together to form a rectangle or circle.
3. Bake crust for 8–10 minutes or until lightly golden; let cool completely.
4. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
5. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled crust.
6. Spoon cherry pie filling on top and spread gently.
7. Chill for 30 minutes before slicing for clean cuts.
8. Dust with powdered sugar if desired, then serve!
Notes
Swap cherry filling for blueberry, apple, or strawberry.
For extra crunch, sprinkle sliced almonds or white chocolate chips on top.
